18k yellow gold pendant with a 14-14.5mm white South Sea pearl, set with 0.25cts of round brilliant cut diamonds, quality FG/VS-SI. The pendant comes with a 9k yellow gold belcher link chain, 45cm in length. Currently out of stock, but available to order.
