Items purchased through our website may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Excluded are any items that have been worn, sized or adjusted, or that were specially ordered.
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us through our “Contact Us” webpage or by email to sales@davidkeefe.co.nz. You will need to provide proof of purchase such as a copy of the tax invoice, receipt or certificate.
Once you have notified us through our website or by email that you wish to return an item, and you have provided valid proof of purchase, you may return the item to our LynnMall showroom at the address below.

We shall refund an item within 14 days of purchase so long as the item is returned undamaged, unused and with proof of purchase. You agree to accept the cost of packing, courier and insurance charges for any products that are returned to us. Return of any products is at your cost and risk and we do recommend that you ensure you have insurance cover on the item prior to return.
Subject always to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act, we shall have no liability to refund the original purchase price for any item if the item has been worn or marked or damaged in any way. Returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, and with the original certificates, warranty cards, instruction booklets, packaging and boxes. Please wrap the goods securely, it is your responsibility to return the goods in the same condition as they were delivered.
A “signature required” parcel must be used and we recommend that you keep a copy of your courier parcel tracking number until we have acknowledged receipt.
