18k Rose and White Gold Sapphire and Diamond Flower Pendant. The pendant is set with 6.25cts of mixed shape and colour sapphires and 0.07cts of round brilliant cut diamonds, GH colour, VS-SI clarity.

This design can be made in 18k yellow, white or rose gold, but the combination and colour of the sapphires is different on each occasion.
