18k White Gold Sapphire and Diamond Pendant. This stunning pendant is set with 0.91cts of marquise cut sapphires and 1.27cts of marquise cut and round brilliant cut diamonds, diamond quality GH colour, VS-SI clarity.  The pendant comes with an 18k white gold cable link chain measuring 45cm in length. The chain can be exchanged for a different design or length.

This design can be ordered in 18k yellow or rose gold, and set with rubies, emeralds or aquamarines.
