14k Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Ring.  The ring is set with a 0.62ct round Tsavorite garnet measuring 5.4mm. Set into the wrap-around shoulders are 0.20cts of round brilliant cut diamonds, GH colour and SI clarity.
