Custom-made platinum and 18k yellow gold halo ring set with a 4.18ct Madagascan sapphire measuring 9.40 x 9.40 x 6.17mm, AIGS Certified, and 0.82cts of round brilliant cut diamonds, F-G colour and VS-SI1 clarity. 

This design can be made with different coloured centre gemstones including diamond, emerald, ruby an aquamarine.
