18k yellow gold pendant set with a 0.20ct marquise shaped ruby and 0.33cts of round brilliant cut diamonds, GH colour, SI clarity. The pendant comes with a 9k yellow gold Italian 1.2mm diamond cut cable link chain, weighing 1.8 grams and measuring 45cm in length.
