14k yellow gold Swiss blue topaz and diamond dress ring. The ring is set with a 9 x 7mm oval Swiss blue topaz and  0.25cts (in total) of round brilliant cut diamonds, FG colour, VS-SI1 clarity. This ring is made to order in the required finger size.

This design can be made with different centre gemstones including sapphire, emerald, aquamarine, tanzanite, citrine, amethyst and garnet. The ring can be made in platinum and 9k, 14k and 18k yellow, white or rose gold.
