14mm silver coloured South Sea cultured pearl pendant, with hand-painted 22k yellow gold detail. Abalone shell has been hand-applied as a mosaic style detail.  The bail is 18k yellow gold. The pendant comes with a 9k yellow gold half belcher link chain, 45cm in length, weighing 2.7 grams.
